After extensive nationwide research in the early 1970s into asphalt preservation products, Albert Gee launched Gee Asphalt Systems in 1973, following more than twenty years' experience with Gee Grading and Excavating, the successful earthmoving business he founded in 1950. Albert's desire was to preserve the ever increasing volume of asphalt pavement found in public roads and highways, airports, commercial and shopping center parking lots, and industrial and manufacturing sites as well. Albert was a visionary thinker interested in helping other people.
